What we collect, and what we do with it.
Short version: the booking form goes to Gerald’s inbox so we can reply and set up your walkthrough. Nothing else happens to it.
What the form collects
When you ask for a walkthrough we collect your name, email address, and — if you give it — your phone number and preferred way to be reached. We also collect what you tell us about the house: ZIP code, approximate size, bedrooms, bathrooms, stories, its current condition, your timeframe, and anything you write in the notes.
The notes box is free text. Please don’t put anything sensitive in it — alarm codes, financial details, health information. We don’t need any of that to quote a cleaning job.
What we use it for
To reply to you, schedule your walkthrough, and prepare your quote. That’s the whole list.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or rent your details to anyone.
- We don’t share them with advertisers or data brokers.
- We don’t run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on this site, and we don’t set cookies.
- We don’t add you to a marketing list from the booking form. If we ever start sending anything beyond replies about your own job, we’ll ask you first.
Where it goes
Your submission is sent by email to Gerald’s using Resend, an email delivery service, and it lands in a Gmail inbox operated by Google. Those two companies process it only to deliver and store the message. The site itself is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses.
We keep enquiries as long as they’re useful for quoting and servicing your job, and delete them when they aren’t.
Photographs
A reset includes photographing each room before anything is moved, so everything goes back exactly where it was, and you get the before-and-after set. Those photos are working documents for your job. We will never publish a photo of your home — in marketing, on this site, or anywhere else — without asking you separately and getting it in writing first. You can tell us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have a formal right to do those things; we’ll honour the request either way, and we won’t treat you differently for asking.
Do Not Track
This site doesn’t track you across other websites, so there’s nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. We don’t allow anyone else to track you here either.
Children
This is a service for homeowners and renters. It isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect anything from them.
Reaching us
To ask anything about this page — including deleting your details — use the booking form and say so in the notes. It reaches the same inbox. A direct email address and phone number will be listed here once they’re live.
